1. What are the total costs associated with using Fieldnode?

Manufacturers do not pay an access or subscription fee. There is a transaction fee applied to each order received through the platform

2. What is the transaction fee?

The standard transaction fee is based on the percentage value of the total order value. This fee supports platform maintenance, access to a curated buyer network, ongoing feature development, customer support, and lead generation—delivering significant value beyond traditional sourcing tools

3. How are transactions and payments managed on the platform?

No payments are logged or tracked within the platform

4. Who handles payment collection—Fieldnode or the buyer?

Payments are made directly between the buyer and the manufacturer outside of the platform

5. Can I invoice buyers directly, or must I use the platform?

You will generate invoices outside of the platform

6. Are payment terms (e.g., Net 30, Net 60) customizable?

Yes, payment terms are defined per transaction and must be mutually agreed upon by both parties before order confirmation

7. Are there any hidden fees beyond the transaction percentage?
