  1. How long does it take to onboard into Fieldnode?

Onboarding typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the level of customization and data preparation required. We provide step-by-step guidance throughout the process


  1. Will we receive training to use the platform?

Yes, training is an integral part of onboarding. We offer live onboarding sessions, help guides, and video tutorials


  1. What is demo onboarding and user-specific training?

Demo onboarding is an initial setup session showcasing core platform features. User-specific training is tailored to different roles within your organization—ensuring each team member learns only what’s relevant to them


  1. Is onboarding available in multiple languages?

Currently, all training materials and documentation are provided in English. The platform can be used in Norwegian language as well


  1. Can I retake onboarding session?

We offer detailed documentation and video tutorials for teams that prefer to onboard at their own pace after live onboarding session


  1. Can we start with a test environment?

There is a sandbox environment available. We can give access upon request to test the platform before going live


  1. Will there be a dedicated person supporting our onboarding?

Yes, you will have a dedicated Key Account Manager to support you throughout the onboarding process


  1. Do you have an online support system?

We offer online support through the chat box on our platform. You can use it for any questions, feedback, or troubleshooting needs. Our team strives to respond as quickly as possible
