Fieldnode connects manufacturers with OEMs and operators, streamlining the supply chain by reducing communication complexity, and providing real-time insights into demand and orders. Manufacturers gain visibility into demand, receive standardized RFQs, all in one platform

  1. How does Fieldnode simplify RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes?

Fieldnode centralizes RFQs so manufacturers can receive, respond to, and track requests in one place. It facilitates efficient sharing of the 3D model, engineering drawings, detailed fabrication instructions, and the inspection and test plan, all in a streamlined, standards-compliant manner

  1. Can Fieldnode integrate with our existing ERP or supply chain software?

Yes, Fieldnode supports integration with ERP and supply chain systems via APIs, enabling seamless data exchange and minimal disruption to your existing processes

  1. How can we confirm that we have received orders? Do we need to check it every day?

Email notifications or API integrations can ensure you stay updated without needing to log in daily

  1. What does it mean to standardize the processes and communication?

Standardization means all users follow a common structure for RFQs, orders, documentation, and communication. Fieldnode centralizes RFQ handling, order tracking, and communication, reducing manual tasks, spreadsheets, and emails and phone calls

Fieldnode functionality does not include delivery management, although it does allow the entry of a shipping tracking url in order to access shipping status via the platform

  1. Is it possible to download or export order data for offline tracking or reporting?

Yes, you can export your data in CSV or Excel format for offline analysis

  1. Can Fieldnode accommodate multi-site or multi-location manufacturing operations?

Yes, manufacturers with multiple facilities can manage them under one umbrella account
