6.3 Organization Information

Objective

To provide a clear and concise guideline for team members to effectively manage and update the organization's information, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms

Key Steps

  1. Log In: Access the admin panel using your designated credentials

  2. Navigate to Organization Settings: Locate the section for managing organization information

  3. Update Organization Name:

    • Identify the current name displayed

    • Enter the new name in the designated field

  4. Change Country:

    • Find the country field.

    • Select or enter the correct country where the organization is located

  5. Enter Organization Number:

    • Locate the org number field.

    • Input the correct organization number as required

  6. Update Organization Logo URL:

    • Find the logo URL field

    • Enter the URL that points to the organization’s logo image. Ensure the URL is correct and accessible

  7. Review Changes:

    • Double-check all entered information for accuracy

  8. Save Changes:

    • Locate and click the ‘Save’ button to apply all updates made
