Objective
To provide a clear and concise step-by-step guide for IP Owners to add a new product to the Digital Inventory, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the process.
Key Steps
1. Accessing the Parts Tab 0:00
Log in as an IP owner.
Select the 'Parts' tab to view all parts belonging to your organization.
2. Initiating Part Creation 0:11
Click on the 'Create Part' button located in the top right corner.
3. Filling Out Part Details 0:22
Complete the 'New Part Data Entry Form'.
Focus on the 'Part Details' section.

Provide a title for the part.
Select availability options:
'Available Externally' or 'Internal' (choose 'Internal' for organization-only access).
