Key Steps
Log In to the Platform
Access the digital inventory platform using your consumer credentials.
Navigate to the Products Section
Click on the “Products” tab located on the main menu. This will direct you to a list of all available products.
Explore Product Categories
Familiarize yourself with the four product categories available in the tabs at the top of the Products page:
Marketplace: Products owned by other organizations that require a subscription with the IP owner to access.
Order Products: Products you have a subscription for, which also have at least one manufacturing offer available.
Request a Quote (RFQ): Products you have a subscription for but do not currently have a manufacturing offer. You will need to set up a manufacturing quote under the FLEX model.
Internal Products: Products owned by your organization, including parts you may have created.
Select the Appropriate Tab
Click on the tab that corresponds to the category of the product you are looking for:
If you are seeking products from the Marketplace, select the "Marketplace" tab.
For products you already have access to with manufacturing offers, select "Order Products."
For products that require a quote, select "Request a Quote."
For internal products, select "Internal Products."
Search for the Desired Part
Use the search functionality or browse through the lists to locate the specific part you need.
Review Product Details
Click on the product name to view detailed information, including availability, specifications, and any associated manufacturing offers.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that you have the necessary subscriptions for the products you are attempting to access, especially for Marketplace and RFQ products.
Double-check the product details to avoid selecting the wrong item, as this can lead to delays and errors in processing.
Tips for Efficiency

Regularly check for updates or changes in product availability or subscription requirements to stay informed.
